Surfside Cuisine offers in-home, personal chef services from Chef Billy “Butter” Joyce. With more than 20 years of experience, Chef Billy ensures a pleasant and professional food experience using only the freshest ingredients and spices. Menu options are varied with delicious offerings like appetizers, beef, chicken, lamb, pork, seafood, pastas, salads, soups and sides. Specialties include Santa Maria woodfired California cuisine, Japanese-style Yakitori skewers and authentic Mexican dishes. Ask about his private sushi parties and gourmet butter.

Chef Joshua Alkire’s fine dining credits come from two established San Diego classics: Le Fontainebleau at the renowned Westgate Hotel and the Bradley Ogden-inspired menus of Bertrand at Mister A’s. He has been a personal chef since 2002 and loves enhancing guests’ experiences by providing delicious, innovative meals that leave a lasting impression. Arriving on time with all the necessary tools and groceries, Chef Joshua cooks, serves and cleans up, allowing guests the opportunity to enjoy themselves. In addition, he leads private cooking classes where participants can spend time together and eat their creations.
